How to Order

Thank you for supporting Mommy Nena's. Here are the steps on how to purchase our product:

1. From the Our Products page, click the product of your choice, your preferred variant (if applicable), and then click "Add to Cart" button.

2. A pop-up will appear on your screen. Click "Check Out".

3. Fill-up the details in the Customer Information and Shipping Address fields. Afterwards, click the "Continue to Shipping Method" button.

4. Check if the Shipping Address is correct. Select your preferred shipping method, then click "Continue to Payment Method" to proceed.

5. Choose your preferred payment method. Each option has its own reminders, so please take note. When finished, click "Complete Order".

NOTES:

For Cash on Delivery (COD) customers, please take note of the delivery schedules:

Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, 1-5PM.

To confirm your delivery schedule, please contact +63 917 1234567.
Full payment should be made upon delivery of the goods.

For Bank Deposit payments, send us a photo of your deposit slip at xxx@xx.com. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a copy of your invoice and the order delivery schedule (See Payments and Shipping page for cut-off time and rates).
